At Superb Maids our goal is to keep things as smooth as possible for our clients, ensuring an amazing service free from unexpected charges. That's why we always try to conduct a pre-assessment before each cleaning appointment.
The purpose of the pre-assessment is to conduct a home visit of a customer or potential customer to assess the house's condition and provide a more accurate price estimate, taking into account the specific requests of the customer and our professional suggestions. After the pre-assessment coordinator examines the house, we will send the customer our offer via email, which is based on our observations. Subsequently, we will follow up with the customer to confirm if they agree to the price.
If you don't wish to have a pre assessment or simply don't have the time for it, not to worry! You can still easily schedule our cleaning service by filling out our form directly. In that case, on the day of the cleaning, when our maids arrive at your residence, they will conduct an initial walkthrough to assess the condition of your home and determine if additional time is required. We will maintain constant communication with you throughout the process, and any adjustments to the service will only be implemented if you approve. :)
