We take great pride in our work and are truly passionate about assisting with a wide range of cleaning tasks to serve our customers. However, in order to maintain our commitment to delivering exceptional quality, there are certain limitations to the services we can provide:

  1. Service Discretion and Respect: We reserve the right to discontinue any service, and we may exercise this right in situations where our staff encounters racism, sexism, or disrespect. In the event of such incidents, the service will be immediately halted and will not proceed.

  2. Staff Well-being: The well-being and safety of our staff are of utmost importance. Our team members are not allowed to:

    1. Ascend heights requiring a ladder with more than three steps.

    2. Move or lift bulky furniture that requires the strength of more than one person.

    3. Handle cleaning tasks involving biohazardous substances, such as animal or human waste.

    4. Address areas infested by insects.

    5. Deal with spaces afflicted by mold issues.

    6. Participate in any other activities that may jeopardize their health or safety.

  3. Pet Responsibility: It is essential to recognize that we cannot assume the responsibility for the health and safety of your pets. While we are attentive and exercise caution in their presence, the primary responsibility for the well-being of your pets during our service lies with you.

  4. Damage and Breakage: Our maids exercise diligence in their cleaning duties, and we maintain insurance coverage to address damages or breakages resulting from their actions. However, we cannot be held responsible for damage attributed to "normal wear and tear," improper item installation, or valuable items such as artwork, collectibles, or family heirlooms worth over $200 if they were not disclosed during the booking process. If you notice any damage following the completion of our maid service, please inform us within 24 hours of the scheduled cleaning so that we can attempt to address the matter. Here are some examples of items covered:

    • Carpet & Rug Snags: These may occur due to regular wear, furniture movement, or similar factors. We use industry-standard vacuums to minimize this risk.

    • Broken Blinds: Please note that cleaning blinds can weaken them over time, especially with exposure to sunlight and the natural aging process.

    • Improperly Hung Items: Items securely affixed to the wall should not fall during the cleaning process.

    • Valuable Items: Art, collectibles, or family heirlooms valued at over $200 should be disclosed in writing before the cleaning service.

    • Woodwork & Furniture: If you have wooden items that require special care or intend to provide specific cleaning products, please inform us so we can accommodate your preferences accordingly.

  5. Utility Requirement: In order to perform our cleaning services effectively, we require access to both electricity and water. If your utilities are not operational, we can coordinate a rescheduled cleaning at a time when these services are available.

  6. Challenging Conditions: If your home presents challenging conditions, such as broken glass, excessive clutter, or resembles a hoarder's space, we will make every effort to restore its livability and habitability. Please be aware that the final outcome may not achieve the same level of cleanliness as in a typical home. Before beginning the work, we will have a discussion with you about this situation, and we may take before-and-after photos for planning and improvement purposes. These photos may also be shared on our social media, but they will not include any identifiable information.

  7. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Our scheduling is carefully managed, and sudden cancellations or changes can lead to significant disruptions and financial implications for both our company and our staff. Consequently, we uphold a 48-hour notice policy, along with a $100 fee for cancellations or rescheduling. In certain circumstances, if we can fill the vacant slot with another appointment or if a valid reason is provided, we may consider waiving this fee.

  8. Staff Recruitment: By choosing Superb Maids, you acknowledge that you will not engage any staff member introduced to you by our company for any home-related services. We invest significant time, effort, and resources in the recruitment process, which involves interviews, background checks, and training for our maids. Upon becoming a part of our team, these individuals commit to not working for any of our past or present customers. If you have an interest in hiring one of our staff members directly, please initiate a conversation with our owner. It's important to be aware that should we discover that you've hired one of our staff members, our referral/training fee is set at $5,000 per employed individual. We hold our employees in high regard, and this fee reflects their value to us.

  9. Liability and Indemnification: You agree to protect, indemnify, and release Superb Maids and its affiliated entities, agents, licensors, managers, and other related businesses, along with their employees, owners, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, debts, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

    • Your use of the cleaning services provided by Superb Maids.

    • Alleged or actual property loss or damage (including within your residence) resulting from Superb Maids' cleaning services.

  10. Disclaimer of Warranty: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Superb Maids does not guarantee, endorse, warrant, or assume responsibility for the cleaning services, including those carried out by its representatives, or any resulting losses or damages. The service, which includes our cleanings, is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Your use of the service is entirely at your own risk. To the greatest extent permitted by applicable law, the service is offered without any warranties, whether explicit or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quality, or non-infringement. Without limiting the foregoing, Superb Maids, its subsidiaries, and licensors do not guarantee that the service is accurate, reliable, or error-free; that the service will meet your requirements; or that the service will be available at any specific time or location, uninterrupted, or secure.
