**Keep in mind, we can only offer move-out/move-in cleaning for empty homes that have working electricity and water and no biohazard issues.

C. Laundry room

1. Wiping down the washer and dryer

2. Cleaning the space between and behind the machines

D. Bathrooms

1. Cleaning and disinfecting toilet bowls

2. Cleaning of sinks

3. Mirror cleaning

4. Thorough cleaning of bathtubs

5. Cleaning of shower stalls

6. Cleaning of under-sink furniture

7. Cleaning of medicine cabinets, both inside and outside

E. Other

1. Making storage rooms dust-free

2. Cleaning of balconies (available upon request)

3. Removal of garbage

4. Cleaning of balcony door tracks

5. Wiping down ledges

6. Cleaning of banisters and handrails

GENERAL CLEANING

For our regular cleaning services, our checklist usually stays the same, but there are a few exceptions:

• Cleaning the inside of cabinets and appliances can be done if you ask for it, but it might cost extra.

• Dusting furniture is part of our standard service.

• Making beds is optional – just let us know if you want it done.

• If you need laundry services, there's an additional charge for that.

• Wiping screens with a microfiber cloth can be done upon request.

• We'll clean window and door tracks, ledges, and baseboards if there's enough time during the cleaning.
